A Catholic Community Growing in Christ

Admissions/Enrollment
Frequently asked Questions...

Who should apply?
People choose to come to St. Mary School for a variety of reasons. Most seek a Catholic education for their children  - especially in today's challenging world. All are looking for a Catholic Community growing in Christ ~ growing in faith, family, friendship and foundations in education.

How to apply?
First, we typically recommend that you visit us during the school year and tour our facility. During the summer months, tours are not as prevalent as during the school year. However, tours are not necessary and we will make an appointment with your family to complete your registration. We will provide registration paperwork and answer your questions.

Second, contact our school secretary, Mrs. Shaw, by calling 847-695-6609. She will answer questions, provide necessary paperwork and make arrangements for an appointment.

We accept applications without regard to race, color, religion or national origin. To learn more about the St. Mary School family, call or email our school secretary, Terry Shaw, at 847-695-6609; tshaw@stmaryelgin.com.

When you contact the school, we are pleased to make arrangements during the school year for
Student Tour guides to provide tours of the building and classes. See the teachers and students in action - tour the classrooms, ask questions, and get the personal attention your inquiry deserves.
