Mass Cards:
Mass cards are available from the Parish office between the hours of 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. For those individuals who do not live close by, please send an e-mail with your name, phone number and Mass request to cmattoon@stmaryelgin.com the Parish Secretary will call you to help you with your request.

Masses for the Deceased:
Individuals can select a specific date they would like the deceased memorialized based on the availability of that date. The deceased’s name will be announced at that Mass and will also be published in the Bulletin of the week the Mass is scheduled to be celebrated. A Mass card is written out which includes the deceased person’s name, the date and the address of the individual giving the Mass card, which is suitable for mailing.

Masses for Special Intention/Living Intention:
A special Intentions Mass is celebrated for someone who is ill, or for whatever reason or intention is desired by the person giving the Mass. he name of the person intended for the Mass will appear in the Bulletin on the week the Mass is scheduled to be celebrated. A card is available for mailing.

The suggested donation for all Masses is $10 and a Mass card is given when the Mass is scheduled.
